    Description
    Restaurant Manager responsibilites includemaintaining the restaurants revenue profitability and qualitygoals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations as well asmaintain high production productivity quality and customer servicestandards.
    Tobe successful in this role youll need management skills andexperience in both front and back of the house. We want you to knowhow to oversee the restaurant. Back of the house managementexperience is also essential as you may be required to hirequalified cooks and waiters and staff set work schedules overseefood preparation and make sure we comply with health and safetyrestaurantregulation.
    Wewill expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busymoments in our fast paced environment . Ultimately you will ensureour restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dinningexperience.
    ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Coordinatedaily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurantoperations.
    • Deliver superior service andmaximize customer satisfaction.
    • Respondefficiently and accurately to customercomplaints.
    • Regularly review product qualityand research new vendors.
    • Organize andsupervise shifts.
    • Appraise staff performanceand provide feedback to improveproductivity.
    • Estimate future needs for goodskitchen utensils and cleaning products.
    • Managerestaurants good image and suggest ways to improveit.
    • Control operations costs and identitymeasures to cut waste.
    • Create detailed reportson weekly monthly and annual revenues andexpenses.
    • Promote the brand in the localcommunity through wordof mouth and restaurantevents.
    • Recommend way to reach a boarderaudience ( e.g. discounts and social mediaads).
    • Hire and train new staff and currentemployees on proper customer servicepractices.
    • Implement policies and protocolsthat will maintain in future restaurantoperations.
