    Description
    You'll be joining a small yet highly ambitious team of engineers across Frontend, Backend, and SRE. We're organised into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific product areas. You will be working on building features, tools, APIs and integrations for one of our products.


    As Engineering Team Leader at Stable Money we expect you to spend around 40% of your time hands on coding, and 60% leading the team.

    What you will do:


    • Design and develop highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant platforms.
    • You will be responsible for the overall delivery and the solution architecture of the products/features your team will be working on.
    • You should understand product engineering and have empathy with problems and pain points of
    • Product Engineers. You will continuously contribute to make their experience better.

    What you bring:


    • Experience leading a team of 3+ engineers for at least 1 year.
    • Good understanding of team dynamics, coaching, and mentoring.
    • Significant experience as a Backend Engineer, which includes building, shipping and maintaining a complex software project.
    • Strong ability to work independently and selfguided
    • Great communication and project management skills
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn and You'll report to Head of Engineering
