    Designation: Senior Manager Business Development

    Location: Mumbai (Kurla Kanakia Zillion)

    Experience: 3 to 5(co-working space)

    Qualification: UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

    Job Purpose Head of Sales would help building robust B2B sales channels for My Branch & would facilitate Identification of the Anchors and Enterprise clients across Pan India.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for growth in revenue and occupancy across centres in the respective region.

    Achieving the sales targets single handed

    Personally, take charge of the lead that has large sales opportunity and successfully close the deal

    Define key sales and marketing strategies and drive successful execution to achieve results in your region

    Analyze the results and identify opportunities to improve sales system and processes

    Work closely with IPCs to expand our reach to Enterprise clients

    Maintain relations with IPCs and multi city DPCs to automate the lead generation through brokers

    Identify and work out new strategies to connect with CXOs of the leading companies

    Participate in events and networking opportunities to represent and promote My Branch

    Improvise the business development process give inputs to Sales Head

    Act as a bridge and work closely with operations and marketing team to enhance My Branch branding

    Participate in expansion activities of the centres by providing inputs related to business and competition

    Maintain the occupancy of the centres in your region to 90% + every time.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    Strategic and critical thinking skills

    Effective communication skills with a flair for both written and verbal communication.

    A long term commitment towards building the company's ecosystem.

    Excellent connect with IPCs.
