    Job Responsibilities Ensure that both communities are fullyoperational with all utilities functioning properly and overseedaily administrative operations and teams (plumbing electricalsecurity landscaping and others) Scheduleand supervise maintenance work and coordinate withvendors/contractors to carry out required maintenance work Oversee security of community andfacilities including gate management through MyGate app andsecurity agency management Maintain ongoingcommunications and manage vendors clients and management team toensure smooth operations of facilityservices Oversee soft services like thecleaning and landscaping teams and MEP in the communities Hire train and motivate facility personneland conduct evaluations for staff Createand maintain communitywise budget for all cleaning maintenance andcontract work Perform regular inspections toensure teams are functioning properly on ground Maintain facility records including billsand payment information Respond positivelyand promptly to requests or complaints from clients or residentsand oversee the execution of work to ensure all problems are beingsolved promptly Oversee both clubhouses andensure the team is maintaining and running the clubhouse as permanagement standards Plan for the future byforecasting the communities upcoming needs and requirements Ensure that both communities meetcompliance standards and government regulations
    JobQualifications Bachelor s Degree inBusiness Management Engineering Facilities/Project Management Minimum of 79 years of experience infacilities or property management and maintenance Knowledge of general maintenance methodsoperating requirements and safety precautions Must be wellorganised and detailoriented Ability to build rapport with clients andmanage expectations Fluent in English Hindiand Kannada Accustomed to working in afastpaced environment and ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communicationskills Knowledge in MS Excel andproductivity software Keen understanding ofsourcing/procurement building systems and maintenance vendormanagement and customer service Comfortablewith legal terms and structures for standard commercial contracts Ability to effectively be flexible inapproach and respond well to pressure
