Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Tele - Calling. As a Tele - Calling, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
• Target-oriented and result-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products or services
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
• Identify and escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate department
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall team goals
