Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Support Specialist at Art Of Travel India Holidays. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer maintenance, computer hardware support, website maintenance, email marketing and computer repair.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting, and Computer Repair skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Must have good knowledge of WordPress and html
• Knowledge of Social media marketing is an added advantage
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Degree or certification in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
