Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, marketing, and consumer engagement for a leading luxury retail brand.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning in the luxury segment.
  • Drive long-term brand building, storytelling, and brand equity initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, events, PR, and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the luxury or premium retail space.
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and evolving retail trends.
  • Experience in 360 brand management including digital, ATL/BTL, and experiential marketing.
  • Exceptional creative, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
