RoleOverview:

As a Senior CorporateLawyer at M365Connect you will play a pivotal role in shaping ourlegal strategy ensuring compliance across all areas of operationand safeguarding our company against legal risks. This is a remotefulltime position that requires a proactive detailoriented andlegally astute professional who thrives in a dynamic crossborderwork environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Draft review and negotiate a wide range of legaldocuments and contracts with clients freelancers andpartners.
• Provide strategic legal guidance oncorporate governance employment law and international businesstransactions.
• Manage legal aspects ofcorporate finance including compliance with financialregulations.
• Oversee intellectual propertyrights ensuring protection and compliance.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation managementefficiently.
• Advise on data protection lawsprivacy and cybersecurity matters relevant to remoteoperations.
• Liaise with external counsel andregulatory authorities as needed.
• Stay abreastof legislative changes that may impact the companys operationsacross differentjurisdictions.

Skills& Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification with alicense to practice law.
• Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in corporate law preferably with exposure to the ITrecruitment industry.
• Strong understanding ofinternational business law employment law and contractlaw.
• Proficiency in managing legal issues in aremote work environment including understanding regulations inLatvia Pakistan and African countries.
• Excellent negotiation communication and draftingskills.
• Proactive with the ability to workindependently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency inadditional languages is aplus.
