Objective

•Key Objective of the role is to deliver the project as per contractual timeline, cost and Margin. End to end Responsibility – From Order Receipt to Contract closure, by ensuring Project Delivery, Project Cash Flow and P&L.

•Stakeholders management – Customer, vendor, statutory/Govt, Locals, CFT Teams & Culture building

•Responsible to Implement HSE, Quality and ESG standards & Policies of Suzlon and ensure contractual obligations.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for P&L, Margin and On time Delivery

• Prepare Order receipt guidelines and Check list for Order acceptance

•Ensure all project functions are aware and accountable to deliver as per contract terms.

•Project Execution : Completion within budgeted cost, time. HOTO to OMS & Customer.

•Contract management : Zero LD and timely contractual communications.

•Ensure project is Cash positive across project lifecycle & Maintain monthly NOWC (this is in line with Cash Flow agreed at the time of contract handover).

•Vendor management – Ensure payments are made- only when associated activity/milestone has been accepted by client and associated invoices has been raised. Maintain good relations with vendors.

•Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries are meeting contractual milestones

•Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures.

•Explore opportunity for additional revenue through additional scope, services or claims.

•Manage all ESG risk through developers affecting the project delivery.

•Customer Satisfaction : Maintain relations with customer at all levels

•Inculcate Safety & Quality culture – Zero fatal accidents, First time right & minimal COPQ

Qualifications: Graduate Engineer

Years of Experience: 20-25 Years (15 Years experience in Wind Execution Project is Mandatory)
