    One of our clients is a leading Diamond Jewellery Boutique Brand & Well Known Business House of India looking for Boutique Head for Pune Location.

    Position: Boutique Head

    Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM (6 Days Week, Weekly Off on any day between Mon to Friday)

    CTC: Fixec ctc + Incentives + Other Benefits

    Age: upto 42

    Scope of the role

    • Responsible for the Retail Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Store Operations, Customer Experience and People Management

    Job Profile

    • Achievement of store sales targets as per plan for retail metrics like UCP value sales, bespoke revenue, conversion & repeat customer, average ticket size
    • Conduct home visits, new collection introduction, and reduce dormancy by direct connects, customer profile enrichment after meeting the customer
    • Curate experiences in coordination with vendor for birthday/ anniversary celebrations of key customers outside or within boutique
    • Tap into repeat customer network by planning and executing events in-store or external with support of repeat customers
    • Maintain efficient store operations through morning meetings, store upkeep and VM, grooming score, commercial compliance, SOP compliance, stock rotation
    • Ensure exceptional customer experience through CRM updation for product related NPs, CRM fill rates, ZPP enrollment, NPS surveys
    • Lead store team by motivating, coaching and training staff, conducting quarterly review and feedback

    The right person

    • Graduate with 8-11 years of experience in luxury retail sales, and minimum 5 years in Fine Jewellery Industry
    • Exposure to local retail marketing / promotion activities and customer experience management will be an added advantage
