- Responsible for the Retail Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Store Operations, Customer Experience and People Management
- Achievement of store sales targets as per plan for retail metrics like UCP value sales, bespoke revenue, conversion & repeat customer, average ticket size
- Conduct home visits, new collection introduction, and reduce dormancy by direct connects, customer profile enrichment after meeting the customer
- Curate experiences in coordination with vendor for birthday/ anniversary celebrations of key customers outside or within boutique
- Tap into repeat customer network by planning and executing events in-store or external with support of repeat customers
- Maintain efficient store operations through morning meetings, store upkeep and VM, grooming score, commercial compliance, SOP compliance, stock rotation
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through CRM updation for product related NPs, CRM fill rates, ZPP enrollment, NPS surveys
- Lead store team by motivating, coaching and training staff, conducting quarterly review and feedback

- Graduate with 8-11 years of experience in luxury retail sales, and minimum 5 years in Fine Jewellery Industry
- Exposure to local retail marketing / promotion activities and customer experience management will be an added advantage

Position: Boutique Head
Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM (6 Days Week, Weekly Off on any day between Mon to Friday)
