Overview:

The OracleCloud HCM Technical Consultant plays a crucial role in providingtechnical expertise for the implementation and integration ofOracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. This role isintegral in leveraging technology to streamline HR processesimprove data management and enhance the overall employeeexperience. The consultant collaborates with crossfunctional teamsto deliver effective solutions that align with business objectivesand drive organizational success.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead andparticipate in the design development and deployment of Oracle HCMCloud solutions
• Manage technical aspects of HCMCloud implementation projects including configuration customizationand integration
• Provide expertise in HCM datamigration interfaces and reportsdevelopment
• Offer technical guidance andsupport to clients and projectteams
• Collaborate with functional consultantsand business stakeholders to understand requirements and translatethem into technical solutions
• Identify andresolve technical issues ensuring system stability andperformance
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCMreleases new features and bestpractices
• Conduct system testingtroubleshooting and performance tuning
• Documenttechnical designs configurations andprocesses
• Participate in presales activitiesproviding technical expertise andsupport

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification ispreferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience inOracle Cloud HCM technicalconsulting
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM DataLoader HCM Extracts REST APIs and BIPublisher
• Strong understanding of HCM datastructures security andpersonalization
• Experience in Oracle Cloudintegrations using OIC SOA or othermiddleware
• Ability to troubleshoot and debugcomplex HCM technical issues
• Excellentcommunication and clientfacing skills
• Proventrack record in delivering highquality technical solutions withinproject timelines
• Capability to workeffectively in a team environment and mentor juniorconsultants
• Knowledge of HCM Cloud payrollprocessing and related technicalconfigurations
• Understanding of Oracle CloudCore HR Benefits Payroll and Talent Managementmodules
• Experience in data migration andconversion from legacy systems to Oracle HCMCloud
• Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities
• Commitment to continuous learning andstaying updated with industrytrends
