    Manager - Accounts Payable

    Job summary

    Managing the Payment Auditors to ensure ethics and compliance before making payment to vendors from Cognizant. Actively participate in resolving the issues between various stakeholders.

    Experience- 05 to 09 Years

    Roles & Responsibilities

    .Incumbent to provide independentobjective risk assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of risk management practicesinternal controlsregulatory complianceand corporate governance processes in Cognizant.

    .Area of Audit would be in The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) 1977 & The Prevention of Corruption Act1988

    .Ensure Cognizants E&C guidelines while processing the payment to Vendors

    .Deal with multiple departments internally and also engage with Vendor on appropriate situations to manage the payment process.

    .TDS deduction on payments within India and also for overseas payments

    .Documentation checks for local and international payments

    .Evaluation of underlying documents and appropriate communication/decision

    .Constructively and actively engage with all stakeholders to ensure full compliance

    .Ability to handle the workload management of the team and provide visibility to the management

    .Good knowledge of SAP Ariba platform

    .Good excel/access working skill and ability to present the complex data with inference to the management
