Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sr. Business Development Executive. This role involves driving business growth and achieving sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Field Sales
Prospect for new Clients by networking.
Cold Calling.
Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
