    • 10 to 15+ years of experience with focus on technology procurement, management, and delivery in Online Media/Internet & Technology domains.
    • Bachelor's/Master's in IT Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
    • Efficiency in high availability deployment with high concurrences in the ecosystem.
    • Proven capabilities in deployment of auto-scaling environments using AWS or Azure services.
    • Must be having expertise in Develops implementation and managing the processes efficiently.
    • Shall be having the standard compliance experience : ISO 27001, SOC2TYPE2, GDPR etc.
    • Must have experience in automating the existing processes using existing/new tools and technologies.
    • Detailed understanding of the technologies necessary for organizational success for a company within the L&D/ HR Tech ecosystem.
    • Built both B2B and B2C, customer-centric products & software that work large scale & developed technical capabilities that enable organizations to rapidly innovate & build differentiated products.
    • A proven track record of building high performing teams that focus on innovation, intellectual property & collaboration.
    • Should have been a Senior Product manager/IT Head OR CTO in the current organization.
    • Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices , angular, java JavaScript, AWS/Azure, DS, flutter, react, Server side scripting languages etc.)
    • Hands-on experience in digital initiatives, big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
    • A strong record of formulating company-wide technology road-maps and achieving milestones within the proposed timeline.
    • Experience in leading and developing remote and distributed teams and executing cross-functional projects.

    As a CTO you will need to:
    • Develop and implement the overall technology strategy for the organization.
    • Improve the architecture and ecosystem to ensure latest security protocols and technologies are getting implemented.
    • Implement new strategies to make the security as well as compliance's better.
    • Learn new tools and technologies which can add value to the existing processes or new initiatives of the organization.
    • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's technology systems and infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership team to align technology with the overall business goals of the organization.
    • Identify new technology trends and opportunities for innovation.
    • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Lead a team of technology professionals and providing mentor ship and guidance to team members.
    • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to secure technology solutions and services.
    • Set and drive cross-functional objectives and priorities and form a vision for the future of the enterprise.
    • Exhibit objective leadership and openness to other views, while putting success of organization and team above own interest.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best - Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.
    • Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's technological vision, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff related to the technology/IT department.
