    We are currently hiring a Manager - Student Recruitment (Agent Management) to manage & create the network of Agent across India who would cater to our programs . The role would be based here in Mumbai within the SP Jain School of Global Management Mumbai campus.

    Grow the agent network in the India markets. Support admission marketing and enrolments by visiting and signing agents to deliver students from international markets.

    Job Responsibilities:-

    • Identify & on-board Agents in the India markets to source students CMU degrees (Online and on campus)
    • Develop and implement sales and recruitment strategies that generate leads and conversions through channel sales/ Agents.
    • Participate in agent visits and other special events; make presentations at fairs, road shows and other promotional events to onboard new agents.
    • Meet targets for assigned areas for each academic intake through delivery of commercially robust sales and recruitment initiatives.
    • Work closely and frequently with other marketing and student recruitment staff to develop and maintain campaigns and strategies.
    • Help develop marketing collaterals for agents to distribute to potential students, generating interest and conversions for the CMU campus.
    • Develop reporting structures and online dashboards for agents targeted, leads generated and students converted for the CMU campus.

    Experience & Expertise of the candidate:-

    • 5 – 10 years of sales experience.
    • Experience within a university student recruitment department is mandatory.
    • Agent experience necessary.
