Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, and sketches that align with the client's vision and project objectives.

Generate new leads by meeting with clients, Architectures, Contractors, and other professionalCoordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution of design plans.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, address issues or concerns, and ensure quality control.
Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and design innovations to enhance design offerings and capabilities continuously.
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience4+ years' experience in marketingAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
