    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead TechOps Engineer to join our growing team.

    In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all technical operations, ensuring the smooth functioning, stability, and performance of our IT infrastructure.

    You will leverage your expertise in monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to optimize system efficiency and Lead and manage a team of TechOps Engineers (may vary depending on team structure).


    • Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and applications.
    • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Zabbix and Grafana for realtime system health and performance analysis.
    • Proactively identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system uptime.
    • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.
    • Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols across the IT infrastructure.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of Windows and Linux server administration.
    • Champion continuous improvement by researching and implementing new technologies and processes.
    • Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Collaborate effectively with developers, network engineers, and other IT teams.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in IT operations and security.

    Must-Have Skills:

    • 610 years of experience in a technical operations role with a proven track record of success.
    • Indepth knowledge of Zabbix and Grafana for IT infrastructure monitoring and analysis.
    • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automating IT tasks.
    • Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.
