    Good Five Yes Job Consultancy is seeking a Billing Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and resolving any billing-related issues. This is a full-time position.

    Billing Engineer Job Description

    Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings

    Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender

    Prepare & process subcontractor bills

    To take the measurement from the site engineer

    To get work done as per the protocol of the company

    To follow up on the accounts department for payment

    Review the quantities item listed

    Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors

    Checking measurements

    Bill certification

    Should be good in MS Excel and MS Word

    Preparing reconciliation statements

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in billing or a similar role
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in using billing software and MS Office tools
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the billing process, including preparing and sending invoices to clients
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies
