    Position Overview

    We are seeking fresh graduates for the position of Catalogue Executive to support our back-office and e-commerce operations. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in a structured and fast-paced work environment. The primary responsibility will involve data entry and catalog management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform accurate data entry of product details into the internal catalog system.
    • Update and maintain product information including names, specifications, pricing, and availability.
    • Collect and organize product data, images, and specifications from suppliers.
    • Ensure consistency and correctness in product listings.
    • Conduct regular checks to identify and correct data errors or outdated information.
    • Follow cataloging standards and internal data management guidelines.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
    • Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
    • Interest in data entry, cataloging, or e-commerce operations.
    • Basic understanding of data entry principles and Microsoft Excel.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Quick learner with a proactive approach to task completion.

    Compensation

    • Total CTC: 19,000 per month
    • In-hand Salary: 13,000 per month
    • (Standard statutory deductions will apply as per company policy.)
