    JobOverview:

    We are seeking adynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as aProduct Development Technologist. Thesuccessful candidate will play a crucial role in driving innovationdeveloping new products and ensuring thecontinued excellence of our offerings.     Responsibilities:

    1.Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including marketing sales and production tounderstand market trends customer needs andproject requirements. 2.Conduct research anddevelopment activities to create new and improved food ingredientsensuring they meet quality safety andregulatory standards. 3.Design and executeexperiments analyze data and draw actionable conclusions to informproduct development decisions.4.Scaleup successful prototypes forcommercial production working closely withmanufacturing teams to ensure seamlessintegration. 5.Stay abreast of industrydevelopments emerging technologies and ingredient trends toinform the development of innovativeproducts. 6.Collaborate with externalpartners suppliers and research institutions to leverage expertiseand resources for product developmentinitiatives. 7.Maintain accurate records ofexperiments formulations and results and contribute to thedevelopment of technical documentation.


    Qualifications:

    1.Bachelors or advanceddegree in Food Science Food Technology or a related field.2.Minimum 3 years of Proven experience inproduct development within the food industrywith a focus on ingredient development.3.Strong understanding of food scienceprinciples formulation and sensory evaluation.4.Knowledge of regulatory requirementsrelated to food product development.5.Excellent project management skills withthe ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.6.Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctional teams.7.Creative thinking and problemsolvingabilities.
