    ServiceNow Developer

    Location: Bangalore, work from the Office - 3 days a week

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the product managers to analyze the requirements and provide technical solutions in ServiceNow platform for Vendor Management and Implement Vendor Management workspace.
    • Design, develop and rollout new application modules included in Vendor management and workflows in ServiceNow.
    • Test Strategy & Plan.
    • Collaboration between the business, functional and technical (in both configuration and integration) working in partnership to deliver value for data accuracy and completeness.
    • Lead the work for other development associates in the team. Knowledge transfer to the Support Team.
    • Foundational data set up., User Persona Roles and access foundation setup
    • Provide software configuration and customization that includes custom scripting.
    • Configure/Build Integrations, data imports with as is systems for data collection, Notifications, SLA's, Reports and Dashboards

    Must Have Skills:

    1. Extensive hands on experience in configuration and implementation of ServiceNow Vendor Management, Workspaces, Service Portal, Service Catalog and User set up

    2. Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and ability to create efficient custom applications using scripting

    3. Experience in Data Analysis to assess the incoming data quality

    4. Experience in testing framework like ATFs.

    5. Experience in Performance testing

    6. Experience in Third party integration

    7. Hands on experience with third party & web services integration (SOAP and REST)

    8. Strong technical skills on web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)

    9. Experienced to work in Agile Scrum framework

    10. ServiceNow CSA/CAD/Both Certification is mandatory

    Good to Have Skills:

    1. Knowledge on other Service Management products such as BMC Remedy, Ivanti, HPSM etc

    2. Experience of rolling out out standard mobile applications available on ServcieNow

    3. Experience on implementing chatbots

    4. Knowledge of DevOps automated testing

    5. Service Portal development in ServiceNow

    6. Experience in working on public clouds AWS, Azure, GCP etc

    7. Experience in Product evaluation

    8. Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions

    9. Exposure in defining UX

    10. ITIL ServiceNow certified
