  • Responsible to Handle Shift Breakdowns of Fully automatic module line with latest equipment's like -

    • MBB Stringers, Auto Bussing, Auto tapping, Auto JB soldering, Auto shorting.

  • Responsible to Handle Shift Maintenance activities.
  • Hands on experience of New Solar line installation & Commissioning.
  • Breakdown analysis by MTTR & MTBF
  • Knowledge of all types of Maintenance- Preventive, Corrective
  • Should have knowledge of preventive maintenance – daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Should have knowledge about changeover machine as per production order.
  • Should have knowledge about ISO documentation.
  • Optimized the process to control line rejections.
  • Teaching and Mastering of ESTUN-ROBOT, & Mitsubishi ROBOT (pick and place type) with IRB-6400

    • Controller interfaced with SIEMENS PLC (S71200)

  • Prepared SOP's and WIs for all machines
