    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Site Quality function for Wind Energy Projects.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing quality-related activities across multiple sites, and coordinating with various stakeholders to drive excellence in installation, commissioning, and overall project execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Quality Documentation & Approvals:

      Prepare and obtain client approval for quality documents related to Wind Energy Conversion (WEC) equipment, installation, and commissioning.

    • Site Quality Management:

      Oversee quality activities related to foundation casting, acceptance, and client clearance.

      Ensure compliance with all quality parameters during installation and commissioning.

    • Stakeholder Coordination:

      Collaborate with multiple functions, including manufacturing plants, supply chain management (SCM), vendors, suppliers, and contractors, to resolve quality issues in supply and execution.

      Work closely with the client to certify WEC equipment, foundation work, installation process, and commissioning of wind turbine generators (WTG).

    • Quality Audits & Inspections:

      Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks across multiple wind farm sites.

      Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

    • BOP & Execution Oversight:

      Supervise Balance of Plant (BOP) activities and ensure quality compliance.

      Manage quality-related concerns across multiple project sites to maintain seamless execution.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BE/B. Tech) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

    18+ years of experience in leading site quality activities within the wind energy sector.

    Proven expertise in inspection, audits, installation, erection, and commissioning of wind farm sites.

    Experience providing technical support to business development teams.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and best practices in the wind energy sector.
    • Ability to handle multiple sites and ensure quality compliance.
    • Proficiency in handling quality-related documentation and client approvals.
