Overview:Asa Legal Associate at Real Estate Organisation you will play a vitalrole in ensuring legal compliance and providing legal support forvarious real estate transactions and activities. This role offersan exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team contributingto the legal aspects of a fastpaced real estateenvironment.
Responsibilities:

1. Conductlegal research on real estate laws regulations andprecedents.
2. Draft review and negotiate variousreal estate contracts including purchase agreements leases and saleagreements.
3. Assist in due diligence processesfor real estate acquisitions anddispositions.
4. Provide legal support forproperty development projects including zoning land use andpermitting issues.
5. Collaborate with internalteams including real estate developers property managers andfinance professionals to ensure legal compliance and mitigaterisks.
6. Assist in resolving legal disputesrelated to real estate transactions orproperties.
7. Stay updated on changes in realestate laws and regulations and advise the company on potentialimpacts.
8. Assist with other legal matters andprojects as assigned by the Legal Counsel or SeniorManagement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelorsdegree in Law or related field; Juris Doctor (JD) degreepreferred.
2. Admission to the Bar in the relevantjurisdiction.
3. Previous experience (23 years) inreal estate law or related legal field preferably within a realestate company or law firm.
4. Strongunderstanding of real estate laws contracts andtransactions.
5. Excellent research writing andcommunication skills.
6. Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
7. Attention to detail and ability tomanage multiple taskssimultaneously.
8. Proficiency in legal researchtools and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
