- Business Market Development: Develop the Indian market for two/three-wheeled electric vehicles based on the company's growth strategy. Lead the team in project expansion, devise sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase the company's market share continuously.
- Customer Relationship Management: Gather and organize customer data, maintain regular client visits, and establish enduring and solid regional customer relationships.
- Sales Information Management: Collect market data, conduct market research, analyze and predict market trends, stay informed of competitors' movements, and provide constructive recommendations for company progress.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field, with sales experience.
- Keen market insight, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, processing, and business application.
- Prior experience working with Indian two-wheeler market customers or in an electric motorcycle manufacturing plant is a plus.
- Passion for sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
