Aboutthe Role
As the QA Manager at youwill be responsible for leading our Quality Assurance departmentand ensuring the delivery of highquality software products. With aminimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance you willoversee both manual and automation testing efforts drivingefficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality acrossall projects.
Duties /Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA teamincluding hiring training mentoring and performanceevaluation.
Develop and implement QA strategiespolicies procedures and standards to ensure consistency andeffectiveness in testing processes.
Define andenforce quality metrics and KPIs to measure the performance andeffectiveness of the QA team.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including Development Product ManagementCustomer Success and Product Ops to ensure alignment on qualitygoals and objectives.
Oversee the planningdesign execution and reporting of manual and automated test casesacross multiple projects.
Drive the adoptionand implementation of test automation frameworks and tools toincrease testing efficiency and coverage.
Manage the selection configuration and maintenance of testing toolsand infrastructure.
Conduct regular reviews andaudits of QA processes and practices to identify areas forimprovement and optimization.
Plan design andexecute load and performance testing strategies to ensure thescalability and reliability of our software products.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related tosoftware quality ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Stay updated on industry best practices emerging trendsand technologies in Quality Assurance and incorporate them into ourprocesses and methodologies.
Serve as a subjectmatter expert on QArelated matters providing guidance support andtraining to team members and stakeholders.
Actas a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related toproduct quality and testing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 10 years of experience inQuality Assurance with at least 3 years in a managerial orleadership role.
Strong knowledge of softwaretesting methodologies tools and best practices.
Experience in both manual and automated testing with proficiency inSelenium.
Experience in load and performancetesting methodologies and tools such as JMeter LoadRunner orsimilar is preferred.
Solid understanding ofAgile and DevOps methodologies and their application to QAprocesses.
Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspireteams.
Proven track record of successfullymanaging QA teams and delivering highquality softwareproducts.
Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment andmanage multiple priorities simultaneously.
