The ideal candidate will have technical depth in the Microsoft stack, value quality and take ownership of outcomes. They should possess strong full-stack experience on Microsoft stack with at least 8 years of experience. Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Azure AI Services and proven use of AI coding tools like Claude Code are essential.
