backendinfrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedindividual to joinour

dynamic team. Inthis position you will be responsible for designing developingand

maintaininghighperformance and scalable backend services in Golang.Collaborationwith

crossfunctionalteams contribution to API development database design andchampioning

securitybest practices are essential aspects of this role. As a SeniorGolang Engineer youwill

activelyparticipate in code reviews contribute to the overall improvementof ourdevelopment

processesand help pave the way for our backend roadmap to align withbusiness goals anduser

expectations.

KeyResponsibilities:

BackendDevelopment:

Designdevelop and maintain highperformance and scalable backendservices

inGolang.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to seamlessly integrate our webservice

into thirdpartygameclients.

Communicateprogress regularly and seek clarification on requirementswhen

necessary.

APIDevelopment:

Designand implement HTTP APIs to support SDKrelated functionalities forgame

studiopartners.

DatabaseDesign:

Designscalable database collections andqueries.

Demonstrate ahigh level of proficiency and handson experience withdatabases

including datamodeling query optimization indexing aggregationframework

scalingsharding andtransactions.

Security:

Implementand champion security best practices in the backendarchitecture.

RoadmapPaving:

Contributeto the development of the backend roadmap ensuringalignment

with businessgoals and userexpectations.

CodeReview:

Activelyparticipate in code reviews providing constructive feedbackand

promoting continuousimprovement in our developmentprocesses.

Requirements:

Tobe successful in this role you shouldhave:

SoftwareEngineeringExperience:

4years of professional experience writingsoftware.

GolangExperience:

2years of experience building Golangapplications.

Experiencewith AWS SDK Kubernetes and Redis isdesired.

DatabaseMastery:

Highlevel of proficiency and handson experience with databasesincluding data

modelingquery optimization indexingaggregation frameworkscaling

shardingandtransactions.

SelfSufficiency:

Abilityto work with limited supervision across different timezones.

Strongcommunication skills to provide regular progress updates andseek

clarification onrequirements whennecessary.

Adaptability:

Willingnessto adapt to evolving projectrequirements.

Experienceworking in a startup environment is aplus.

Communication:

Effectivecommunication with remote team members both written andverbal.

Provide progressupdates and flag potential roadblocks while fosteringpositive

and productiveworkingrelationships.
