Key ObjectivesFoster a culture of transparency and accountability by identifying and removing any roadblocks that may hinder team progressPromote a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging team members to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver quality software solutionsMonitor and track project metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and project forecastingServe as a change agent, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies and best practices across the organization


YOUR TALENT
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies

RequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experienceExtensive experience (typically 5+ years) working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.

Proven track record of leading successful Agile transformations within organizationsStrong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworksExcellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skillsAbility to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizationExperience with Agile project management tools and softwareCertifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable
