- Lead the development of the training strategy to align with the S/4 Deployment Program and business objectives to deploy the transformation roadmap with the right training plan
- Execute the Global Strategy and plan in line with the program deployment roadmap to ensure effective training campaigns across all target audiences, working closely with the Country Roll Out Leaders.
