    Role Description:


    We are currently searching for a skilled QA Tester to join our team in an existing and new projects they currently have available.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data-driven test cases, plans, scripts to validate Genesys application functionalities

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Genesys platforms (e.g., Cloud CX, Engage)

    • Analyze call flows and routing logic through integrations with CRM or third-party systems

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous process improvement

    • Suggest improvements to the system's behavior and overall performance
