Location: Guwahati, Assam

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Education: MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS with Masters in Public Health or MBA in Hospital Management with NABH & NQAS External Assessor certification

Area of specialization: 10+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting (preferably in Healthcare Management Consulting/Public Health Systems)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• End to end project management - Strategy design, implementation and project/program monitoring and evaluation and manage a cross-functional project team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Preparing regular project status reports, documenting the progress of the project, challenges faced and outcome achieved and communicating the same to relevant stakeholders
• Provide training and support to project team members and end-users to ensure understanding and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensuring project meets quality standards, timely deliverables & cash flow
• Lead and Represent Integra Ventures' in Public Healthcare Sector including workshops, seminars, conferences, etc.,
• Collaborate with local Healthcare Officials, Govt. bodies, and other stakeholders to develop policies aimed at enhancing healthcare qualities for NE India.
