    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with various internal and external teams across multiple locations
    • Sound Analytical mind. Should be able to draw insights & and take decisions based on the data
    • Drive finance-focused programs by understanding the underlying technology and architecture for proposed solutions
    • Build a roadmap and clearly communicate objectives, timelines, status and results, focusing on critical key points.
    • Brainstorm and drive programs with product and engineering teams to identify, prioritize and track tasks to completion goals.
    • Identify risks and corresponding mitigation plans and put into motion the solutions.
    • Optimize operations and process improvements and quickly set-up processes to fill gaps.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights and support as needed.
    • Partner closely with business, product and engineering leaders to understand and influence product direction and ensure execution matches.
    • Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze financial data, create dashboards, identify trends, and highlight potential irregularities.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong Program Management/Business management experience
    • Program management skills around financial planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management
    • Strong ability to understand technology and drive tech solutions with Product and engineering teams.
    • Self-starter. Team player. Passion to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data
    • Sound understanding of overall business operations and ability to create and optimize processes

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience
    • 2+ years of Program Management experience involving finance, business, operations, and technology deliverables
