We are looking for an HRRecruiter to manage our fullcycle recruitment from identifyingpotential hires to interviewing and evaluatingcandidates.HRRecruiters responsibilities include sourcing candidates onlineupdating job ads and conducting background checks. If you haveexperience with various job interview formats including phonescreenings and group interviews and can help us recruit faster andmore effectively we d like to meetyou.Responsibilities

• Designand update job descriptions
• Source potentialcandidates from various online channels (e.g. social media andprofessional platforms.
• Craft recruiting emailsto attract passive candidates
• Screen incomingresumes and application forms
• Interviewcandidates (via phone video andinperson)
• Prepare and distribute assignmentsand numerical language and logical reasoningtests
• Advertise job openings on the company scareers page social media job boards andinternally
• Provide shortlists of qualifiedcandidates to hiring managers
• Send job offeremails and answer queries about compensation andbenefits
• Monitor key HR metrics includingtimetofill timetohire and source ofhire
• Participate in job fairs and host inhouserecruitment events
• Collaborate with managers toidentify future hiring needs
• Act as aconsultant to new hires and help themonboard

Requirements

• Shouldhave superb written and spoken communicationskills.
• Must have knowledge of hiring for nonITpositions especially sales and marketingprofiles.
• Extensive knowledge of searchingprofiles in job portals.
• Should be smart andhard worker and able to meet hiringdeadlines.
• Min. 2 years of experience in TalentAcquisition.
