Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Graphic Designer role (Unpaid) at TIES. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designs, and branding elements consistent with the organization's identity.
This is a leadership role. You are not just a designer you are the Head of Visuals at TIES. You will own, oversee, and be accountable for every graphic that goes out across all platforms, all verticals, and all campaigns. You will lead a team of 5–7 designers, set the creative direction, and ensure that TIES always looks world-class. You will work hand-in-hand with the Founders, Senior Managements, Content Leads, and Marketing Teams to drive visual storytelling that is consistent, compelling, and cutting-edge across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, WhatsApp Channels, and beyond.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience (agency, brand, or in-house).
- Experience designing social media content at scale across multiple brands.
- Canva Pro expertise (Mandatory) fast-turnaround content creation and template management.
- Leadership or mentoring experience (Strongly Preferred) ability to guide and review a design team.
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Optional) Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Figma proficiency (Preferred) UI mockups and collaborative workflows.
- Video editing / motion graphics skills (Optional but strong plus) reels and animated assets.
- Strong design fundamentals + leadership soft skills; typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, time management, accountability, and constructive feedback.
