    MBA from a reputed business school and having years of work experience of which minimum 5-6 years should have been in a D2C Brand.

    Should have managed a team.

    • Proven experience in a leadership role within the ecommerce or D2C sector.
    • Dimension of Role: Develop and implement a comprehensive D2C strategy aligned with overall business goals. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    Business Growth:

    • Drive revenue growth through effective D2C channels.
    • Implement initiatives to expand the customer base and increase customer lifetime value.
    • Explore new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance market penetration.

    Customer Experience:

    • Ensure an exceptional endtoend customer experience, from website navigation to postpurchase support.
    • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

    E-commerce Operations:

    • Oversee the daytoday operations of the ecommerce platform.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and IT, to optimize processes and workflows.

    Data Analysis and Performance Metrics:

    • Utilize analytics and KPIs to measure and optimize the performance of D2C initiatives.
    • Make datadriven decisions to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, and overall business efficiency.

    Brand Development:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to build and maintain a strong brand presence in the D2C space.
