We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ERP Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing our clients' business requirements, configuring ERP systems to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ERP systems, a strong understanding of business processes, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze clients' business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ERP system configuration.
2. Configure ERP systems to meet clients' business needs, including setting up modules, workflows, and user roles.
3. Collaborate with clients to define and document business processes and workflows.
4. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the ERP implementation process, including data migration, testing, and training.
5. Conduct system testing to ensure that configured solutions meet business requirements and are error-free.
6. Troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation and provide timely resolutions.
7. Document system configurations, customizations, and any changes made during the implementation process.
8. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the ERP system.
9. Stay informed about ERP system updates and new features to provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful ERP implementations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1 year) working as an ERP Functional Consultant, preferably with [specific ERP software knowledge].
3. Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
4. Experience configuring ERP systems and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Experience conducting training sessions and creating user documentation.
