    Job Description:

    Employee Engagement:

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.
    • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee morale and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with department managers to address employee concerns and implement solutions.
    • Measure and track employee engagement metrics to gauge the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
    • Stay current on trends and best practices in employee engagement and incorporate innovative ideas into the organization's engagement strategy.
    • Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures.
    • Proactively work towards identifying the pulse among employees and discuss with the lead/ manager for further actions to be taken.
    • To adhere to ISMS policies and procedures

    Campus Connects and Selection process:

    • Assist in the implementation of various engagement activities in the campus.
    • Manage the end-to-end activities of Campus Selection process.

    HR Operations:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data privacy regulations.
    • Manage the electronic and physical filing systems for HR documentation.
    • Maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Education and Experience:

    • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
    • - 5 year of human resource management experience preferred.
