• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for [Techware Lab. Collect and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.?
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and organize data related to customer demographics, preferences, and behavior. Utilize data analytics tools to extract?
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients and prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Address inquiries, provide product/service information, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain our social media profiles by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking social media performance metrics.
• Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. Assist with list management, content creation, and campaign tracking.
• Event Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of IT-related events, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches. Assist with event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports summarising key metrics and insights to track progress and inform decision-making.
• Market Segmentation: Assist in segmenting the market based on various criteria to better target specific customer groups effectively.

• Bachelor's or master's degree program in marketing who is passionate about IT sales & marketing
• Must be a fresher
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, co-ordination skill, enthusiastic and a team performer
• Need to work at our office at Infopark Phase 2
