    Key Responsibilities:

    • New client acquisition and sourcing.
    • The posting location will be at least 50 km from your home district.
    • Conduct village surveys.
    • Attend center meetings on time.
    • Perform field verification for allocated groups and either approve or reject clients.
    • Be present during disbursement for the field-verified group.
    • Make disbursements along with a Business Manager (BM) and complete loan documents, submitting them according to company policy.
    • Meet assigned targets set by the company.
    • Bike and driving license are mandatory for this role.

    Work Schedule:

    Office timings for CSO-NR: 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM. Reporting time at Branch: 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM.
