    Description
    1.Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere tocorporate objectives and strategies in the assignedfunction.

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the functiondetermine recruitment needs & necessary characteristics ofthe role and develop a hiring strategyaccordingly.
    • Identify attract and source hardtofind passive talent usingdifferent niche sites/ channels such as LinkedIn and other socialmedia/ digitalchannels.
    • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) coordinate and manageall followupcommunications.
    • Understand and execute fullcycle recruiting including screeninganalyzing interviewing and evaluatingcandidates.
    • Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in socialmedia and digital recruitmenttechnologies
    • Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under timeconstraints.
    • Knowledge of social networks CV databases and business connectionsbuildingtactics.
    • Foster and maintain professional relationships with existingcandidates indatabase.10.Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent in theengineering servicesindustry.
    • Identifying the engagement level at different units in theorganization and devising strategies to increase theengagement.
    • Initiating and conceptualizing different engagement activities andforming a yearly calendar & execute thesame.
    • Identifying partners for executing engagement programs externallyand coordinating on different terms for betterexecution.
    • Assist in formation of employment and HR policies andprocedures.
