    Requirements

    Responsibilities(Including but not limitedto):

    Preparation of timely financial statements including incomestatements balance sheets and cash flowstatements.
    Contribution to the group business planning and budgeting processesand ensures timely and accurate monthly internal reporting againstplan.
    Perform revenue/ expense analysis at cost centre levelreconciliation of accounts varianceanalysis.
    Manages the annual financial accounts audit thereof andrelationship withauditors.
    Ensures tax matters are organised optimally. Manages localcosts/OPEX making costsaving suggestions whereappropriate.
    Handles all Corporate Secretarial activities. Ensures that theorganisation is compliant with local rules andregulations.
    Manages the operations of both India & US entities.Specifically manages the HR administration processes such asPayroll Provident fund Tax 401K andInsurances.
    Work closely with Tax partners for timely State and federalfilings.

    SkillsandQualifications

    CA/CPA with 58 years post qualificationexperience.
    Experience with a US based company is stronglypreferred.
    Well versed with accounting principles under IGAAP and USGAAP.
    Strong command of Microsoft Excel PPT ERP & NetSuiteaccountingsoftware.
    Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spokenEnglish.
    Focus on details quality improvement automation of processes andcapacitybuilding.
    Candidate is expected to manage all fiscal statutory and managementreporting along with the cash management and budgetingprocess.
