    Position Overview:

    As the Head of Testing Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for establishing and leading our testing practice, with a focus on delivering high-quality testing services to our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of setting up the practice from scratch and scaling it to meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients. You will be instrumental in developing innovative testing solutions, building a high-performing team, and driving business growth by effectively selling our testing services to potential clients.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science Engineering, or related field.

    · 18+ years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of leadership and success in establishing and managing testing practices.

    · Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments preferred.

    · Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

    · Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and clients.

    · Proven track record of driving business growth and selling services to clients.

    · Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

    · Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Practice Establishment: Build and establish the Testing Center of Excellence from the ground up, defining the vision, strategy, and goals for the practice.

    2. Service Offering Development: Develop and enhance our testing service offerings, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our services remain competitive and relevant.

    3. Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of skilled testing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

    4. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their testing needs and requirements, and positioning our services to meet and exceed their expectations.

    5. Business Development: Drive business growth by actively selling our testing services to existing and prospective clients, leveraging your network and industry connections to generate leads and opportunities.

    6. Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the testing practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

    7. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
