    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement and support Oracle OSM (Order and Service Management) solutions (version 7.3.x and above) in telecom environments.
    • Perform code build, deployment, and integration of completed modules in development and testing environments.
    • Translate high-level design (HLD) requirements into effective, functional, and technical solutions.
    • Prepare detailed design documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and other project artifacts.
    • Conduct OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of issues in development or production environments.
    • Work with implementation technologies including Java, XML, XQuery, Web Services, WebLogic, and RDBMS.
    • Collaborate on OSS product implementations involving RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery), RSDOD (Rapid Service Design and Order Delivery), and NRM (Network Resource Management).
    • Develop and maintain scripts for automation and system management in UNIX/Linux environments.
    • Ensure solution compliance with TM Forum (TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model) and Oracle standards.
    • Work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional global teams.
    • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills while engaging with customers and internal teams.
    • Be open to travel as required for project delivery and client engagements.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/BTech/MCA/MTech) in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
    • 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle OSM (7.3.x or above) order management systems.
    • Strong understanding of telecommunications industry and OSS domain.
    • Experience implementing OSS products such as RODOD, RSDOD, NRM.
    • Proficiency in Java, XML, XQuery, Web Services, WebLogic, and RDBMS.
    • Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
    • Experience in creating and maintaining HLD/LLD design documents and other project deliverables.
    • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Awareness of TMF frameworks (eTOM, SID Data Model) and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.
    • Exposure to telecom order management and fulfillment processes.
    • Experience in end-to-end OSS/BSS implementations.
