    Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Accounts Payable

    We are looking for professionals with experience in Invoice Processing, Invoice audits, payments processing & having experience in AP volume management for a Global client.


    Responsibilities
    In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include:


    • Delivers verbal and written communications that have clarity and impact.
    • Should have E2E Accounts Payable knowledge with excellent work experience
    • Experience in people handling and support employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiatives
    • Working knowledge on SAP/Other ERP and any other work flow tools
    • Experience in PO, non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing, Quality Check
    • Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing
    • Responsible for meeting the process SLA's, knowledge management
    • Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits
    • Responsible for Publishing process KPI's, Metrics and Management Reporting
    • Assist team members in queries and process clarification
    • Inform management of critical issues and employee management trends through effective HR metrics and reporting
    • Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
    • Connect with Customer to bridge process gaps
    • Identify areas of improvement and contribute towards adding value to customers
    • Strong Quantitative and problem solving ability: Ability to conceptualize Accounts payable related technical problems and develop an Analytical road map for them
    • Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking

    Qualifications
    Minimum qualifications


    • A bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
    • Excellent work experience in Accounts Payable for global clients
    • Good and strong communication skills, ability to work methodically, efficiently & deliver under tight deadlines
    • The incumbent should be open for working in flexible shifts
    • Should be aware of call etiquettes & soft skills e.g. empathy, listening skills etc.
