Responsibilities

• Review GFC drawings and ensure they are followed correctly.
• Develop checklists for each activity, accordingly execute the job and establish records. Record and maintain Delays.
• To be able to understand and correlate the GFC drawings with the BOQ and raise RFI's for any discrepancy.
• In charge for all finishing works of building (Blockwork, Plaster, painting, POP, plumbing, tile & sanitary fitting etc.)
• Knowledge of the Project at the macro level and the time lines.
• Checking of JMR and taking signoff from Contractor/Client.
• Report daily activities carried out to the Project Manager.
• Knowledge of Services and civil-services interfacing works including the dependencies.
• Generate Daily and Weekly Progress reports.
• Quantity estimation and item specification arrangement of resources.
• Site management, supervision, survey marking check, Quality control, of all works related to building construction
• Co - ordination with Client, Architects, Consultants and other vendors for effective flow of work
• Clarifying any discrepancies or issues related to drawings/execution etc.
• Responsible for work progress, Review Schedule-Planned versus executed.
• Know-how on quantity measurements as per relevant IS.
• Documentation of Drawings, Cube test Reports, RMC Reports.
• Possess the best Interpersonal relation with all the team members, ethical values, integrity and commitment to continual improvement.
• Good Communication skill.
