    Company Profile:

    YaClass is a European Edtech organisation that expanded to India in 2019. The company specialises in training students in classes 6 to 10 in subjects like Math, Science, English, etc. Our platform offers personalised learning experiences through a combination of AI-driven software and professional mentoring.

    Job Description:

    • Connecting with clients(students & parents) and fixing demo sessions with our mentoring team through calls, messages & emails
    • Building a strong connection with(clients) students and parents, rapport building, analysing goals, needs and capabilities of clients
    • Following up with clients for clearing their concerns and negotiations
    • Meeting sales and revenue goals as per the sales plan (weekly and monthly)
    • Clear documentation of entire customer journey with precise reasoning in each stage of the sales funnel
    • Reporting accurate sales data to the management as required.

    Working Days :

    5 days per week, 2 days off per week(fixed)

    Must known Languages: Tamil & English

    Job requirements :

    • Must have a good understanding of B2C inside sales processes & metrics
    • Minimum 1 year of B2C Inside Sales/Tele-Sales experience (Edtech preferable)
    • Hands-on experience on dialling 100+ calls per day & using CRM softwares(Zoho, Leadsquared, Salesforce etc.)
    • Experience in collaborating with teammates, other departments to accomplish tasks
    • Adept at working with Google Suite(docs,sheets,slides)
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Tamil
    • Experience in working in a fast paced work environment
    • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
    • Revenue focused work-ethic

    Package : Up-to 5LPA + Incentives

    Work Location : Chennai.
