Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bangalore . The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, mentoring sales associates, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customers have an exceptional buying experience. The role also involves identifying potential business opportunities and working collaboratively with other departments to drive overall sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales Strategy, Sales Management, and Revenue Growth
- Strong skills in Relationship Building, Team Leadership, and Customer Interaction
- Experience in Market Analysis, Target Planning, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Pipeline Management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet sales targets
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
