    As a Communications Specialist at Ei, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's communication strategy across various channels. Your goal will be to enhance the company's reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all communications.

    Responsibilities:

    Content Creation & Management:

    Develop a robust content calendar that aligns with our marketing objectives and educational

    philosophy.

    Craft compelling narratives for case studies, focusing on the success stories of schools

    leveraging Ei's products, to underscore the impact of our offerings.

    Create pedagogically and technically sound content for various channels such as white-

    papers, blogs, and state-of-learning reports.

    Brand Messaging:

    Articulate Ei's core value proposition by identifying the unique benefits and differentiators of

    our offerings.

    Segment audiences and tailor messages that resonate with the specific needs of school

    administrators, teachers, and parents.

    Standardise communication across high-stake channels and maintain a consistent brand

    personality as per the brand guidelines.

    Media Relations & Thought Leadership:

    Collaborate with various business functions to create compelling marketing collaterals.

    Position Ei as a global pioneer in education through PR, content marketing, and social media

    strategies.

    Draft content to position Ei as a thought leader in the global K-12 learning space to amplify

    educational impact and innovation.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.

    Engage with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business

    functions and product development.

    Enhance teacher and school engagement with Ei's products through webinars and support

    materials.

    Marketing Support & Collaboration:

    Provide marketing support to inter-SBU teams, ensuring they are equipped with the right

    collaterals and knowledge.

    Ensure a high satisfaction rate from internal teams on marketing support as measured by

    internal surveys and feedback mechanisms.

    Performance Measurement:

    Establish key metrics for success across communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with

    business objectives.

    Continuously measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and refine tactics

    based on performance data

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in English or Media and Communications field
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
    • Experience working with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
    • Ability to conduct in depth research and produce long form copies
    • Ability to write short creative communication pieces
