Job summary

Create and present company services to potential clients and follow up with professional and timely persistence. Generate and qualify leads by identifying potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Global FPO's services.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and onboard new clients while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools to track progress and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition and delivery of services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Represent Global FPO at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the senior management team on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven 4-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing or professional services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Understanding of the outsourcing industry domain is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
